~Our Return Policy~

Exchanges:
On the condition that a product is defective or broken upon arrival, and you still want the item. You can ask us for an exchange for the same item. This only applies for the 30 days post-purchase.

Returns:
We only allow returns when the item is wrong (The received item does not correspond with the ordered item). The return window for the wrong item is 30 days. The item must be unopened, unused and in the same condition, it arrived. A receipt will be required to complete the return.

Refunds:
Upon receiving the returned product and inspection, we will contact you on whether the item is eligible for a refund. If it is, we will proceed to refund and a credit will be sent to your original method of payment (credit card, etc...)

On the condition that you have not received your refund,  wait a few days as it might appear a couple of days later upon receiving news of your refund.
If you want to make sure, then please contact your bank as the processing time might take longer than expected.
If you still have not received a refund after contacting your bank then please contact us and we will get back to you as soon as possible.
